Far too much, start with A+ and N+, possibly ITIL foundation, I won't recommend you do any more than that until you have proper experience in an IT environment. Then you can move on to the other Certs that you would like to pick up!

    Certifications: ECDL, Does that Count!?!

    Welcome to CF.

Start with the basics (A+ and N+) and progress from there. Its good to have a target but this may change as you progress through your education/career.

    Welcome.
I think the first advice is good. Get the basics covered, then go where life/career takes you. Someone I trained was convinced they wanted to do security: had it pretty clearly mapped out (N+, Sec+, CEH, go work for police/secret service/whatever...). Then got hired into a support/IT dogsbody job where they ended up spending a lot of time building a web-presence for the company. Last I heard, was studying various stuff based around webdesign and running their own LAMP webservers, and was eyeing up CIW or some kind of Linux certification.

Certifications: A+; Network+; Security+, CTT+; MCDST; 4 x MTA (Networking, OS, Security & Server); MCITP - Enterprise Desktop Support; MCITP - Enterprise Desktop Administrator; MCITP - Server Administrator; MCSA - Server 2008; MCT; IOSH; CCENT
WIP: CCNA; Server 2012; LPIC; JNCIA?
