I currently work within an IT project environment, (my debut experience in PM),
prior to this role i was 2nd line support for 4 years for a govt agency, and 2 years
on the Help desk before then. I am looking to delve into the BA environment as my
current role is gradually pushing me into this position and it's getting exciting by the day.
I hope the forces on this forum will come to my aid

I never intended joining another forum but the threads i've read so far were
impressive (BCS certs related) that i could'nt help but register.
i look forward to many sessions of learning to come
