Hello, I've recently decided to act on my wish to get into IT support/networking. Spent ages looking on internet trying to work out how to go about it till I found this site -thank you to all for your helpful posts.

Now i'm starting to get a clearer idea of what i need to do, am still reading through the forums but doubtless will have some questions at some point.
