I would like to know where I can have my exams in Cumbria?
How can I know how much it will be the fee of exam ...

As far as i know if you want to book your exams for yourself you have to do it online any o these 2 exam provider:

http://www.pearsonvue.com/comptia/

They tell you on the site which test center is close to you.
Try it it is pretty straight forward.
Also if you poke around a bit in the CF you will find many useful info.

And if you pay for yourself try to get an international voucher(i used that one):

I think you talking about becoming Comtia certified.??
Because the membership is a different thing(as far as i know)
You do not have to be a member to get certified.
