Group Policy/Windows Services

    Does anyone know if there's a GP to disable services such as net send and the like?

    Don't know, but I'm sure that there is.

    HAve you tried disabling the cmd prompt?

    helios, net send is not a service, although it relies on a service (messenger). to disable system services via a gpo, go to computer configuration > windows settings > security settings > system services. keep in mind that this is a machine policy, not a user policy. also, disabling services, like the messenger service, might cripple certain applications.
    disabling the command prompt, as simon suggested, is also an option.
