    I'm so late in checking my own threads am i .. giggle:oops:
    busy at work, totally caught up with IT support these days.. haha
    i'm actually looking forward to study on MCSE and Cisco.
    I have total 0 idea in IT world. well.. not 0 % but.... well, that's how bad i am.. hehehehe.....

    If you have "0 idea in IT world", then the MCSE and Cisco certifications aren't where you should start. Those certifications are for techs who have been in the industry for a number of years. You should start out with entry-level certifications, such as the A+, Network+, and MCDST.
