Hi everyone, just to let you know that I have got an interview coming up. I am an IT graduate, regarding my experience I only volunteered as IT support once a week for a month. Other than that I don't have much experience. I have little knowledge regarding IT and currently studying the COMPTIA A+.

The job role involves:

· Telephone/remote support



· Client desktop/laptop new build, upgrades and repairs



· Add new users and computers



· Install and configure new hardware and software



· Add, remove and update user account information, reset passwords



· Troubleshoot any reported problems



· Perform backups



· Responsible for ownership of all customer issues/needs that are voiced or observed and acts appropriately.
