Tabloid bollocks. Some muppet sat in his bedroom finds a load of boat trails and proclaims it 'The Lost City Of Atlantis' and lazy journalists on a slow news day jump all over it.

If that's anything to do with Atlantis I'll eat my own feet.

 

Cheap publicity to get the new Google app up and running (I'm not saying that it didn't work.) Not very likely that it is anything but a huge coincidence.
