    Hello All,

it's been awhile as i haven’t been posting here. The first time i found this forum i was impressed by so many friendly posts and help you are showing to each other.
So to make a long story short:
As i found this forum i was looking for a job in IT as i was just relocated to London. And i have got one with no any trouble. I got IT support and sales executive position in XML development solutions company. For start in new country I thought it would be OK. And it was. :) As I’m working there for 6+ month my boss offered me to go for the project manager position but that involves a lot of sales etc. and i'm not really want to do the sales job. So this is the reason i'm deciding to change the job. I have applied for some roles already but seems it is quite for now.

I'm posting my CV here and would appreciate any suggestions and opinions. Also what positions you think would be best to apply for ...

    Thanks in advance.

To be honest your CV is fine (I think so anyway!)

One point though, you say in your opening line that you have 5 years experience however in your technical skills you list “PC Troubleshooting” with 6 years experience. Perhaps remove the amount of years with each technical skill. 8)

The CV is pretty good, I would only mention the years of experience ONCE (in the profile section is ideal).

You should try to apply for 2nd line support roles i think. If not, try Field Engineer if that takes your fancy?

We have a similar profile, work career and CV! I am currenty in 1st/2nd line support looking to advance away from this to a more background, less-customer focused IT technical role... whatever that might be! :D

exactly. i'm trying to avoid position which is mainly customer focused. I think would be ideal something "inside" bigger company.
