Delighted for you brother. I always knew you were destined for greatness so it surprises me not that they recognise how talented you are. All is well on my end, worked for VMware for five years and love it. The odd promotion but not like you mate. That said, I can see my love for being on the tools is diminishing. I sold my home lab earlier this year although I have access to everything I could need from a VMware point of view. Unlimited training too but it's finding the time isn't it. If I had this ten years ago I'd probably have every cert we do by now!

I can see a time when I go to the dark side too mate. Senior SE at the moment so can talk high level but I'd fancy following you one day. It also gives someone else a chance to fill our shoes doesn't it
