    G'day!

The names Matt I Just moved to the UK 3 and a bit months ago on a 2 year working visa. Before I moved here I was doing a Certificate 3 in IT specializing in Networking, I'm not sure what the equivalent is over here sorry. To cut a long story short I was lazy during the course only attended half the time and failed because of this. My stupid fault I know, any way I have come to CertForums in hope of some suggestions on which certification I should be studying towards to enable me to get employment in a entry level position. I have been looking at the A+, MCDST or CCENT but like i said i ma unsure what would be best to go for first. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reading my babble. =D

If you're not yet working in IT, I'd recommend that you pursue the A+, Network+, and MCDST, in that order... and nothing further until you get some real-world IT experience under your belt.

thanks for all the welcomes =D, just a another quick question is it worth waiting till the A+ 2009 is released in the next couple of months or will the Study material from the 2006 be transferable to 2009 objectives?
