    Ello you lot.

    My name is Tarek, I'm a 24 years old programmer/reverse engineer(intermediate). C#.Net Certified since 2004.
I'm currently seeking a totally different route. Networking ! I fancy it more than programming.

    CCNA preparation in progress...

Then, CCNP , MCSE, & hopefully RHCE. Very long road, but Im very determined and motivated to achieve what I want (hopefully).

    Regards,

    Tarek A.K.A Dexter

    Welcome!

Do you currently have experience networking, or are you just now starting out? The CCNA isn't for people starting out in networking...

    Welcome to CF :)

Do be honest, it would be better to start at A+ then Network+ then build up on that.

To be quite honest, I know some MCSE commands. Easy stuff (so far). I started the CCNA study guide, so far piece of cake.

The problem isn't the difficulty level... it's what you expect to do with it when you're done. A certification isn't going to magically break you into the field of networking.
