There is a Freephone number for help - 0800 281 221 (UK) but having just rung it (it is Technet) there's a message saying they're on CET (Not BST) and to ring back during normal working hours (9am - 6pm)

Will try it later tonight and ring them tomorrow if no success.

This is cack someone posted this when they shouldn't have so all subscriptions are being deactivated(mines is already) thats why the site is gone

 

Can you explain ? I Googled it and it's all over the 'net on various forums etc. though there doesn't seem to be anything on Technet itself about any "consumer pilot".

 

It was tied into a Survey for small businesses but the direct links got leaked, anyone who didn't take said survey will get there supscription deactivated.
