Flash "Click To Activate"

Has anyone noticed when you use a flash game in internet explorer you get a box round the game/button that says click to activate. Is there anyway to stop this from happening via some code in a website. Im asking because my website uses flash buttons to navigate around the site but the click to activate just makes it annoying
