I've rescheduled this exam I don't know how many times, but the day has finally came and I'm off to sit Network+ today.

I'll probably be one of the last people to sit the 2007 edition :biggrin

So guys... what's a subnet? :tune

Its a device the miltary use to catch enemy submarines, they hook it to the back of the ship, and drag it along. To the layman it just looks like a regular fishing net, but its strengthened for submarines.

    Good luck mate.

    Passed with 820/900.

    :alc

There were a few really nasty questions, and a few that made no sense whatsoever, but I got there anyway :biggrin

Thanks. I'd like to try a Linux certification next, either LPIC or Linux+. Alternatively, I might start messing about with the Cisco kit I've got and maybe look at CCENT.

I was going to do the MCDST, but I decided against it because I'd rather spend money on certifications that don't expire. If XP is still as mainstream as it is now in six years, I'll go and sit the two exams. :biggrin

    Thanks

Also the CCENT/CCNA expires also, so if your looking for certs that dont expire...maybe that's a bad choice.
