Hi all

After a barren couple of months of submitting my cv to various agencies and companies I have (at last !) got another interview this Friday for a Senior Engineer/Technical Manager role.

The company are obviously IBM partners as they mention that on their website which also states "We provide complete portfolio of xSeries servers, from the low-end x206m model to the High-End x3950"

Now I have built servers and also resold ASUS servers but not had any involvment with IBM kit.

Any tips/advice/notes or anything I need to be aware of with IBM servers before my interview ?

Might be worth having a look at Director - http://www-03.ibm.com/systems/management/director/

This ships with all IBM servers. I used them in my last job a few years ago, IBM xseries and Bladecentre/FastT SAN - nice bits of kit

I used to work in a mostly IBM server datacentre, might be worth doing a bit of reading up on blades
