Hello everybodey

I need advice or help

I instal Motorolla canopy antena for my company , in both sides i have ping successfully 3 miliseconds, but problem is that when i put the link in cisco switches i loos the ping, somethinke like loop, switch configuration is
ok, example

Switchport fa 0/24
switchport mode trunk in both sides,
i changed duplex and speed but nothinke happened, i dont know what to do more


Can somebodey help me any segestion, or advice please

Did you trunk the ethernet ports of the Canopy radios?

 

can you post full config of switches.

also do a "show interface" on the troublesome interfaces and post that. If you have set a management address for the switch can you try pinging that, if you haven't then do do it.
