    It depends on what you did to your eye 2 weeks ago. What were you doing before this started?

    On the other hand, have you been rather nervous recently?:blink

    Do you wear contacts?

    I had that happen to me before. At the time, I read that eye twitching could be due to a potassium deficiency, so you should eat bananas to attempt to clear up the problem. However, after I did further research, MANY nutrient deficiencies can cause the problem.

    Turns out that my eyes were tired from leaving my contacts in all the time. Giving my eyes a break every week or so seemed to clear up the problem.

    That said... a visit to your local eye doctor is probably the best course of action. I am neither a doctor, nor do I play one on TV. heh!

    Also signed up nearly 9 months ago, a very strange question to ask a certification forum.

    As already said go to your doctor or check out the NHS Direct website.

    Your left eye is a birdwatcher?

    For two weeks out of how many?

    What's your right eye doing whilst all this is going on? Marty Feldman impressions?

    JK, don't turn your nose up. :biggrin

    Reviewing all the great medical advice given here I can't help but wonder if there is a certification path to becoming an online doctor?:rolleyes:

    Now to talk the management into opening a new medical certification area in the forum.:biggrin

    LandonGabriella;

    After further consideration, i require you to answer the following questions below, in order for myself to give a fully non-qualified unofficial assessment.

    After 2 weeks of twiches, what does it do afterwards? Does it stop twiching totally? Does it twich, stop for a wink, and then twich again? Or does it do something totally different? maybe roll? :rolleyes:

    Prior to, during, or even after the Phase of twiching, do you see a sign stating Danger near you? :speechles

    Your final question is a 50/50. The reason i mention this is how good is your right eye? Depending on the time you go and see your doctor, your left eye may be twiching, therefore, are you fully able to see your doctor. :ende

    Your fullest co-operation in this matter would be most appreciated.
