Does anyone know of Hard Disk Drive Dock where you can have the disks in a protective case and interchange them?

This is to be used for backups.

Yes but a external unit i.e. not to be fitted into a drive bay
and the draws need to be of a fairly good quality for minor knocks and storage.

It will also need esata and preferably USB 2 as well.
