EXIN ITIL Issue

    Anyone had any issues with EXIN in getting your certificate sent. Passed ITIL using them at a prometric test site and for 6 weeks they had no record of me and when they managed to sort that out they have failed to get a paper certificate sent to me. They say they sent 3 paper certs in the space of 4 days which I find bull as simply they wouldn't do that. Now they say tough and they aren't going to send me another one or my ITIL badge.

    Is there anything I can do?
