can anybody tell me if there is a uk website where i can buy exam vouchers for the compTIA A+ i can only seem to find usa sites

One of the posts on the A+ part of the frum mentions www.gracetechsolutions.com.

I am getting my Sec+ voucher from them because it is cheaper than getting it from prometric or PearsonVue...

Make sure you buy an international voucher though...

 

Yes as Giddy said get an international voucher, gracetech is probably the best place at the moment.
