I have just started taking notes and going through chapter by chapter in Mike Meyers all in one guide (still got Trips to read)

Do you think I could be prepared to take at least one of the A+ exams in September (when I have 2 weeks off work)

I plan to take the other in November when I have a week off work also.

Depends on how well you know the stuff.

I took a month, but then I knew a fair amount already before I started. Prof Falken took about a year or so (but he got it!).

With lots of effort 2 months should be doable.

    Harry.

    Cheers Harry,

Well my problem is (was) that I have forgotten a lot of stuff and needed reminding on the things I had forgotten.

I have a HND in Business Computing but that was 10 years ago and have not really used computers in any great detail up untill 4 months ago.

So really I am just re-newing my knowledge and learning some new things aswell.

I am doing about 8 or more hours a week studying (depends on my rota at work)

I agree with Harry, if you study hard the 2 months should enough to sit the exam.

Good, as I think by November I will be made redundant so I will have to look for another job and having the a+ may help.

Absolutely the A+ can help, not only in finding the job but actually know what you are doing when you get the job.
