    How do I make the underline a different colour from the text in Word :?:

    When you have underlined your text, with it still highlighted go to the Format menu and select Font and you should see a Underline Colour dropdown box in the Font menu.

    It's got automatic, but it's greyed out, therefore I can't change it.

    Maybe I should just print the application form off and write it, instead of trying to type it.

    Just thought it'd look better typed.But I suppose if all candidates are sent the same format, then they won't be able to change either.

    The reason I want a different colour is that the text has to be black, but the the current questions on the form and the underlines are blue, and I want to keep them blue.

    The text needs to be underlined first before you can change the colour
