    Hi,

The company i am working for, there are only two job titles there, either a Junior Developer or a Senior Developer, no matters what experience you have got.

Recently i have got a new job and i put my job title as a software developer in my cv when i applied for the job.

Now would there be any problem for me, when the new employer will get my reference from the current employer and see my job title as a junior developer?

Not at all because people move onwards and upwards, as long as you're capable of doing the role you're hired for then previous titles mean nothing.

Thats it sonething similar to where i currently work, you are either an IT analyst or a Senior analyst, as long as you CV clearly states what you do then it should be fine.
