I'd be most grateful if some of you could take a look at my CV. I am looking to apply for 1st Line Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Engineer type jobs.

Is it ok?. Does it need more content?.

Also, will having worked for myself for the last 14 years go against me?

Seems very clear & well presented to me but I would try an expan your IT skills and keep your recent positons and education to the second page.
