All versions of Windows have had a FTP client since about Win95!

    Don't know about DW though.

    Mitsz,

I know DWmx4 does have an FTP server in it so i'd assume CS does too. But i always found it easier to use CoolFTP or some otehr third party FTP software to upload all my files to the web site.

Only advantage of using DW's FTP (if i remeber right) is that it could test all the links once uploaded, with out having to visit the site and click on the links one by one.

Well I do already have smartftp. I just wanted to make sure though that I was understanding what I was reading since it wasn't going into more details. Plus I think that is pretty neat if works right.
