A problem occurs and you have no idea how it has occured, you troubleshoot the problem but still can’t fix it... it stays on your mind constantly and you debate the problem in your head at home?

Yeah, it used to be pretty bad when I was more computer side, I just couldnt let go, I would lose sleep over a lot of issues and think about other ways to resolve any issues. Sometimes this 'approach' would work, but inretrospect , it just made things more stressful.

The role I am in at the moment, not so much, its a bit of a different situation, I seem to be able to find it easier to switch off.

If you can find a way to switch off that will help you in the long run.

Yes and if it a major problem I’ll log in from home to troubleshoot – sometimes helps when there are no other work distractions.
