we all know of home and businesses that have suffered much inconveniece or even folded due to IT failures, but does anyone have any links. the reason i ask is i am putting together some documents on some of the core services we offer in my new employment and whilst other providers "have found X% of companies are not prepared", it's hard to find any "real stories".

Once had a technician turn off File and Printer sharing on a server - on a school network. That was fun to sort out.
