    Good Morning Guys,

Wondering if anyone can help. I have a user who is using Microsoft Outlook 2010 and they needs to delegate access to their inbox. Once the user clicks on File - Account Settings the "Delegate Access" is greyed out. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to resolve this?

    Kind Regards

    Rob

It could be disabled as I know this feature can be used and some organizations disable it via group policy.

I know it can be done for 2016 as I’ve done it for my own mailbox, isit possible its being restricted? Is the option available for other users? It maybe that you may need to do this for the user using the Exchange GUI or Powershell.
