    CSDP Beta Exam Program from the IEEE

    As part of the refresh of the CSDP examination that will debut in late Q1’10, the IEEE Computer Society has announced a special program to attract 200 worldwide candidates to take the new CSDP beta examination. The window for the CSDP beta examination will only be open from 18 November – 12 December 2009. Candidates can take the computer-based examination at any Prometric test center worldwide.

    The refresh of the CSDP examination will bring it in alignment with the 2010 refresh of the Guide to the Software Engineering Body of Knowledge (SWEBOK) and also in line with current software engineering industry trends. Additionally, the changes will maintain the CSDP’s standing with ISO-IEC standards for software engineering certifications.
