I thought you were kidding. I always imagined a Cray being about the size of a standard refrigerator.

Used to have one where i took my qap college thing... well it was the Cray 2000 at RAL.

In a way they have done desktops for ages, Silicon Graphics is the same company.

Old friend (sadly passed away) of mine used to know Seymour Cray, he was ruined by booze and women in the end.
There is still hope for me then.

 

Never knew SGI owned Cray, turns out they owned Cray from something like 1996-2000.

Sounds like a great way to go !
