    Hi to all
I have been surfing and searching for material to study for my A+ certification, at the moment I have the stuff Skilstrain supplied, also purchased CompTIA A+ All In One for Dummies. I have came across CramSession (Thanx to Rafaz) supplying Video Learning, as it is expensive I would like to find out if any you guys tried this way of learning and was it worth the money. I have seen some of their video's on YouTube, but doesn't give much of an idea as to the amount covered.

I have only seen the demo's of Cramsession, but they do look good. They can't teach every in A+ in depth but do provide a foundation in the subject.

Have you tried EXAMCRAM2 website they offer a free exams and their books have over 200 question on A+. Also you can subscribe to the quiz of the day.

As to buying them, well it's best to hang on until the Bank Holidays, make sure your on their newsletter list and they will send you some special offers. I found the MCSE video's were 25% cheaper on the holidays.8)

I have never used cramsession CBT stuff, but regullarly use thier study guides. I can highly recommend them.

There is another companies CBT material that gets quite good mentions here I think its Rapid Results?

Actually they have changed their name from Rapid Results to

    Time4training
Here's the thread about them by ITJUNKY

I have used their Video training videos and found them very clear, concise and easy to understand. Also they are cheaper than CramSession.

    Time4Training

For A+ Core Hardware (220-301) and OS OS Technologies (220-302) on DVD. £195. Not Mike meyers but Dave Able from the UK.

While CramSession (the PrepLogic Videos with Mike Meyers from the US) are

    A+ Video Training

    A+ Core Hardware (220-301) $197.5

    A+ OS Technologies (220-302) $162.5

Good Luck with whatever you choose:biggrin

Unless I'm doing my maths wrong, £195 sterling for just the OS is a hell of a lot more expensive than $162.5 from Preplogic. With the current favorable exchange rate against the dollar, that would work out at just over £80.00.

Err no modey £195 for everything not just the OS.

    1 British pounds = 2.0033 U.S. dollars

    £195 = $390.6435

    Preplogic = $360

Hmm your right they are cheaper:oops:
