I'm new to this forum so firstly Hello to everyone...

I have been asked to go on a Course run by above organisation called Service Desk Analyst course. It's a 3 day course with an exam at the end. Successful cendidates will come out with an SDA Qualification.

I want to know if this is recognised certification and if anyone on the forum has been on this course how beneficial it is?
