convertors

    does anyone know the name of a great visual basic convertor, i have a program thats does percentages but it was done in vb 2005 epress edition, is there any way i can convert it to visual basic.net 2003?? Ive tried copy/paste but im getting way too many errors

    Sorry mate, don't know of any that will do it. To be honest there's a difference between the two of them. The 2005 version has new language features, IDE features, and productivity tools built into it. Not only that but the 2003 version was built on .net 1 & 1.1, I believe and 2005 is built on .net 2 (don't quote me on this). A few people have had problems converting upwards (2003 to 2005) let alone downwards. I may be wrong as I left the programming world just when VS2003 came out :blink

    But if you find a program that could do that, kudos to you :)

    Now if I were to find some K&R C it would mostly compile today.

    As ive had a lot of help in making this percentage program, but it has been done in 2005 express edition, i can nearly get it to work, i only have a few p[roblems, but i need it done like yesterday argh
