Convert Command

    Is the convert command talked about in the Mike Meyers book I dont see it anywere in the Index.

    I read the all in one and Sybex's all in one for A+.
    Both of them stick to the objectives (sybex has a tear out card at the front with the objectives and relevant page number), so if convert isn't mentioned chances are it isn't on the objectives.
    Have you downloaded the objectives from Comptia?

    the 'convert' command was definately listed in the objectives when I took my A+.The objectives change from time to time so get the latest syllabus from Comptia and check.

    The convert command was introduced in Windows 2000, then XP. It was not a part of the original DOS (6.22) commands.

    yup, I'd make sure I knew the syntax of this command
    e.g. convert x: /fs:ntfs
