computer keeps blue screening

Oh man! Ad-blocking software has been detected! :'(

When I switch on my computer I keep getting a blue screen with the words
Worker_thread_returned_at_bad_IROL
I can use the computer in safe mode only.

can anyone HELP PLEASE

 

The only thing I have found so far, is some recomended disableing the sata drive in bios. No reason why though and this was someone getting this error who was trying to upgrade to vista. If you dont have a sata drive you could give it a try and see what it does.

 

Have you installed any new software since you last booted up succesffuly?

Have you been on the internet just before it failed last?

Potentially it could be a piece of software causing roblems - Safe mode then uninstall or disable via the msconfig run command.

Just a thought

 

Write down the stop error code.... eg- 0x0000005e

www.google.com enter this stop error code your getting, and see what the results show.
