any computeach students out there that are doing the laughable mcdst mocks who can point me in the right direction. failed 6 times now. got ms press books, sybex and exam cram and still only getting top pass mark of 62% after 6 attempts. i know i am not the only one who has struggled !!. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi David

I used to wrok for Computeach, some years ago now though.

I will let you into their trade secret, I'm sure it hasn't changed since I was there.

Computeach do not want you to complete the course, this is how they make all of their money. They way they stop you progressing is to have mock tests that you can't pass unless you get 99%. You end up giving up and throwing the towel in.

You will find if you do any other mock tests online, you will do ok with them, but when it comes to Computeachs you will always fail, even if you have all the resources availble to you.

My advice is to book the exam, if you feel comfortable that is and forget the mock tests. You do not have to do it at their centre as stipulated, you can take the exam anywhere in the UK.

This is why Computeach have a bad name in the industry, even though the are the most well heard of.

If you have other questions, please ask.

I really thought this training provider was just an excuse for someone to advertise discreetly. I have to admit that i have changed my mind :p

Nice for the truth to come out about some of the shady tactics used to con people.
