Meyers All-In-One if you don't have professional experience, Sybex complete A+ tech if you have a few months+ OTJ experience.

 

I'd recommend All-in-One Sixth Edition by Mike Meyers and PC Technician Street Smarts by James Pyles. Awesome guys, both.

 

As reccomended above i would definately go for the mike meyers all in one 6th edition and PC Technician Street Smarts by James Pyles.
Both great books and very well written i am currently using them both myself.
