I don`t know if is the right place to ask but I want to ask if the CompTIA A+ certification is valid and recognized in Canada and better said in Quebec region. Actually I study in UK and my exam are very close but somebody said they do not recognize them.

The A+ is recognised all over especially In the US and Canada.

 

I wouldn't hold too much in what you've been told. The person you got your information from is simply uninformed of the facts. I have a couple of friends from Canada, one in Quebec. They both achieved their A+ while living in the area. This also proved to be a major influence in obtaining the positions they now hold.

You can always verify certification information of that nature by going to the CompTIA website directly.

CompTIA is recognized across the World.
And as greenbrucelee, mentions even more so in the USA & Canada.
It's vedor neutral and is a sought after qualification in which ever + exam you take.

I might be mistaken, but I believe there are even a couple of members here at CF that are from Canada. Might even pick up a little insight from them.
