    Hi all

I have just written this post and click the wrong button so here goes for teh second time.

Exchange has never been my strong point as we used Lotus notes in my last role and at my current place of work they have an exchange team to handle email issues.

I am looking at a new role and need to brush up on exchange rather quickly, I think it would be very helpfull to me if someone could list the top 10-20 admin task/support requests that an exchange admin receives from users anlong with the resolution (or a link to resolution will do).

Thanks to you all in advance

    Derek

Thanks for both these responses, the first list is not really a list of user requests, I may be wrong but when would a user request the configuration of a relay?

it does however answer what was going to be my next question, so now I need not bother.

If anyone has anything different please feel free to post them

    Thanks again

    Derek
