    Those looking at certs in the "new" field of Cloud Computing might want to browse the offerings from The Art of Service (my ITIL v3 Foundation supplier) who seem to be quite active in this area :

    There is no description of whats involved in the cert, is this just another course to create buzzword compliant managers ?

    How can you possibly have a meaningful certification in an area as currently open as Cloud Computing ? The whole idea to me kind of misses the point. Cloud computing will most likely mean deskilling in some areas of IT departments as infrastructure gets outsourced to hosting providers / Saas providers. These companies will most likely want top quality admin / network engineers and computer science masters, not people with a meaningless cert.

    I agree with you tho' - it is a bit of a "grey" area to have a cert in ! :p
