In my role here, I pretty much configured the cisco kit, and then left it alone.

any ideas/labs/ i can do to keep my skills up. Dont want to forget simple things!

Do what I do - use packet tracer to create and amend test environments to keep your skills sharp.

Beats messing with the real hardware and screwing it up Plus it reinforces techniques which you may be a little rusty on.

I am far from looking at the CCNA at the moment

But i wonder how, where and how much when it comes to the packet tracer software?

Does it come with CCNA training packages?

 

It's only (legally) available from Cisco themselves.
