Just got my voucher from certify4less.

Tried to book my exam with it and guess what. Can't use it the U.K ! No, siree. Sorry.

Are these people a bunch of w*nkers or what ?

I mean, show me where it says on their website: if you're taking your exam in the U.S buy THESE vouchers, but if you're taking your exam outside the U.S buy THOSE vouchers.

Where does it say that ?

    Nowhere ! That's where.

I sent them an e-mail and they're like, you pays your money and you buys your voucher and tough sh*t, if you can't take a joke.

    Damn !

Tell me this isn't a con job.

Somewhere out there somebody is laughing and getting sh1tfaced with my $189.00 and this is cheesing me off big time !

Ack!!! That's not a way to get (and keep) customers.

If they're not willing to transfer or refund, I'm sure there's someone in the States that would buy your voucher from you...

    Headache,

Is this the page you were directed to, or have they changed it?
The way I see that page, is there is no Cisco vouchers availible for sale outside the US and Canada.

I am assuming Headache is booking in for the CCNA, although could be mistaken.

No mistake, Boyce. It IS getcertify4less. And I bought the voucher from here:

    http://www.getcertify4less.com/cisco.asp

Big mistake, as it turns out.

They ought to change their name to get w@nkedoff4less.

if you view the details of each voucher it does state,

    Unfortunatley they do state

so i don't think you will get a refund, even though i think they should as a sign of goodwill.

that site is poorly laid out. Depending on which way you browse to your chosen cert will depend on what you are told (validity wise). Let us know how you get on Headache.

    UPDATE:

Well, after a flurry of e-mails back and forth, finally they've agreed to give me a refund. Thank God.

Boyce is right though. They need to redesign their web page. Because the way it is, there's just too much unnecessary verbiage that makes it easy to miss the small print. Plus another thing I found annoying was being forced to buy the accompanying self-test software that I didn't particularly want.

But the biggest question of all is, why oh why, is the Cisco voucher unusable in the U.K ? I can't figure that one out.

The 2 sections on the home page might give you a clue.

    "Products for USA and Canada"

    &

    Fair enough.

    But the cisco page here:

    http://www.getcertify4less.com/cisco.asp

That page should have a warning to say that the cisco vouchers are NOT available to international customers.

Or am I being unreasonable here ?

Headache not trying to hack you off more than you are already if you look on this page:

    http://www.getcertify4less.com/page.asp?pageID=1439

    and this section:

It does say cisco vouchers are only good in the USA or Canada. I have hi-lighted that bit in bold.
