Hello all,

I have spoken to the powers that be and they have agreed to let me post this here

Every year I run races for charity and this year I am running the Great Manchester run again for Leukaemia research.

My girlfriend’s uncle died last year of leukaemia so I am trying to raise money for this worthwhile charity to help others.

I have created a fundraising webpage if anyone would like to make a small donation. Any amount would be gratefully appreciated.

No-one else??

 

Just a quick thank you to Arroyn, SimonGrahamUK and Nugget who sponsored me for this run.

I completed the 10k in 59 minutes 36 seconds which wasn’t a brilliant time and I was hoping to do a lot better. But as there were 25,000 people running you can imagine I got stuck in some human traffic around the course! Plus it hammered it down with Rain!

Anyway with all the sponsors coming in from work, friends, family etc I should easily make the £250 target I set to raise for Leukaemia Research.

Again many thanks to those whose sponsored me even though you have never met me in real life!

Way to go mate and congrats on a good result. I've got flat feet so I can't even run 5 kilometers.

Donations can still be made up until July 2006 as far as I am aware, or you can wait until I run another one!
