Certs for Designing and Front-End Development?

I'm looking for a certification that relates to what I do at work (designing and front-end development)

If there's not one, then please let me know which one comes close.

The following exams are the closest ones I could find but they are geared towards back-end development.

• Application Development Foundation
• Asp.net Application Development
• and Designing and Developing Asp.net Applications using the .Net Framework 3.5


I'm good about using Asp.net controls in Visual Studio but not so much about programming in Vb and C#.
