I doubt I am going to carry on with this but I was just looking at the pluralsight premium package and for $49 which will be about £25 per month you can get exercise files but more interestingly certificates. So I was wondering would this hold much water when going to an interview, I doubt it will be a skill measured test at the end, it will be possibly a certificate of completion etc.

Courses are excellent, the certificates are currently meaningless.

I'd say while they aren't recognised by employers, you might get a confidence boost personally from passing them and feeling like you the the subject matter, resulting in you coming across as more confident in an interview, and therefore worth doing. If you're confident anyway there is little to be gained is my opinion
