Hi everyone, Just wondered if i have anything wrong. i have set up a wireless router to which the main cable ntl modem is connected. Ive ran the alternative cable from the router into the back of the main pc. Fine.... it connect's to the internet on the main pc no problem.

When i go downstair's, try and install the wireless adapter into the second pc.... It keeps saying could not find software for the adapter. Even though i have put the disk in to install drivers. But they dont seem to be installing correctly.

    Any ideas folks?

You could try downloading them from the manufacturers website

No worries dude. I had to originally download them from manufacturer's website as the person whos network im creating said they had ''lost'' original disk's.

Ive managed to bypass this all anyway now mate, But thanks for the insight. All appears to be working fine now.

Do you know what it was that was causing the problem?
