Can't find ms press training kit 2nd edition in uk?

hi guys, i just passed the 70-270 and i was trying to get some study material for the 70-290 and 70-291! I saw on the microsoft website this "MCSE Self-Paced Training Kit (Exams 70-290, 70-291, 70-293, 70-294): Microsoft® Windows Server™ 2003 Core Requirements, Second Edition" and considering that, first or later, i will need 293 and 294 aswell, i thought it would have been nice to buy the whole kit now instead of the two separate 70-290 and 70-291. Problem is I can't find them online anywhere in the UK, and i don't really want it to be delivered for an extra 50 pounds from the US! any ideas??? or maybe do u know where i can find 70-290 + 70-291 for a nice deal?
I prefer to buy them new

The Microsoft Press UK site mentions them being reprinted by the publisher.
They are still on amazon though (a bit more expensive than the MS press shop though)
