I have a user who keeps getting appoitments in his calendar deleted they get moved to his deleted items folder no one else has access to his calendar and he is not deleting them.

He has a BB but I have checked that he has set the "keep appointements" to forever, also he has auto arcive turned off but they are still gettting deleted.

    Anyone come accross this before?

    Does this help, or this.

Also how many users use Blackberries and do you have the most recent updates for the BES server and the Exchange side of things?

At least one post here mentions out of date CDO.dlls as being an issue (Collaboration Data Objects) and if this is only happening to the one user with the BB then this could be a BES\Exchange tie in.

    Cheers for the info.

They dont have any delegets but I will check the EV log for that application log. I saw that BES one but I dont know loads about BES if it was the BES i thought it would affect everyone not just one user?

What about checking Tools menu -> Rules and Alerts in his client?

Could he (or anyone else) have set up any Rules to automatically delete items?

    Solved it!

He also had Google calendar syncing with his blackberry which was deleting his calendar entries in his blackberry which was then updating his outlook and deleting them that way. I did not realise he was using google calendar :(
