Brightness

    I dont know where to put this so ill stick it here

    I turned down the brighness on my lappy as it was hurting my eyes etc, but i cant seem to get any pages i view to be the same, they are way to bright and are hurting my eyes where can i turn the brightness down on these, as i said ive turned the screen brightness down, but cant fiand anything to turn the page brightness down

    Er - screen brightness = page brightness on every laptop I've seen.

    On many laptops there are 'profiles' that automaticaly get loaded for various uses of that laptop. You need to check this out - this *may* be behind your problem.

    Without knowing the laptop and it's controls, and not entirely certain whether you mean brightness or contrast it is a little hard to suggest what to do.

    Well ive managed to suss it out harry, though for some reason it took me a while to find it. Im normally used to just pressing the buttons on my desktop to get the right brightness etc.
